Where does the product trade data come from?

The figures come from CEPII BACI (reconciled UN Comtrade data), HS 2017 edition, release 202601, which reconciles the customs statistics that countries report to the UN. Values are in US dollars and the latest complete year is 2024. Shipment-level records with the companies behind them are in EximDataX.
