What if my country has anonymized customs records?
Six markets restrict importer/exporter names by law: Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Brazil exports, parts of EU DUA, and a few others. We flag every anonymized row + we still surface the unredacted fields (port, HS code, FOB, supplier where allowed). For these markets, mirror-derivation often recovers names.
How fresh is the data?
Most markets refresh weekly. Some refresh daily. The platform shows the last-updated timestamp on every page so you never guess. Compare that to monthly competitor refreshes.

Mirror trade data rebuilds one country's trade from the customs records of its trading partners. When a country does not publish its own imports, the countries that ship to it often do. Those customs shipment records show who sent the goods, what moved and who received them. That is how buyers can surface in markets with no direct feed.
Treat a mirror-derived row as a strong lead, then confirm it: open the source the row names and compare the importer name, product code and date with what the national authority published. If they match, the record holds.
